ORIGIN

Our pure Emma Green organic lemon oil comes from the sunny coastal regions of the Greek Mediterranean coast. Here the lemon trees (Citrus x limon) thrive under optimal climatic conditions. The Mediterranean climate and the nutrient-rich soil allow the lemons to fully develop their valuable ingredients such as limonene, which leads to an intense aroma.

FARM

We source our lemon oil from small, family-run businesses in Greece. These farms focus on sustainable and organic cultivation and work according to the strictest organic standards. The lemons are traditionally harvested by hand and processed immediately after harvest by gently cold-pressing the peel. This is how we guarantee the highest purity and quality of our oil.

PLANT

The lemon tree (Citrus x limon) belongs to the rue family (Rutaceae) and grows as an evergreen tree with shiny, dark green leaves and fragrant white flowers. The fruits, rich in essential oils, are known for their fresh, lemony scent and taste. The oil is extracted from the peel of the lemons and is rich in limonene, which is valued for its invigorating and refreshing properties.

SCENT

Emma Green Organic Lemon Oil exudes a fruity, fresh lemon scent with lemony-sweet notes that has an invigorating and refreshing effect. Ideal for a cheerful and invigorating atmosphere.
